With the existing exterior looking like a wedding cake and the interior a jumble of ancient additions, this home needed streamlining before a busy family of five moved in. Tasked with focusing the renovation budget on only the greatest impact items, this transformation modernized the exterior to simple shapes while the first floor was opened up to generous spaces.
